Hi, I'm Xing.
I've spent years on both sides of the poster board: researching and analyzing the data, and then figuring out how to make other people care about it. I combine data science, knowledge translation, and graphic design to help researchers show what their work found, not just that it exists.
I work with students, postdocs and clinicians across Toronto and beyond, usually on tight conference deadlines.

Questions
What poster sizes do you work with?
Any size your conference asks for. Common ones are 36×48 in, 42×56 in, 48×36 in (landscape) and A0. Send me the guidelines and I'll match them exactly.
How long does a custom poster take?
Usually about 3-5 business days from receiving all your content to the first draft, then 1–2 days per revision round.
What software do I need for the templates?
Each template lists what it works in, usually PowerPoint (Windows or Mac) or a free Canva account. No design software required.
What files will I get with the done-for-you service?
A print-ready PDF sized for your poster, plus the editable source file so you can reuse or update it later.
Can you create graphics and data visualizations for my poster?
Yes, as a data scientist/graphic designer, this is what I love to do! Extra charges apply for each custom visualization. Please include this in your request, and I will provide a quote.
Can you do a rush job?
Often, yes. Email me with your deadline and I'll tell you honestly whether it's doable. Rush fees may apply.
Do you offer data analysis or custom figures?
Yes. Beyond posters, I do data analysis and bespoke graphic design for individual figures, such as charts, graphical abstracts, and diagrams. Pricing is $30–100 per figure depending on complexity. Email me with what you have and I'll give you a quote.
Can I get a refund on a template?
Templates are digital downloads sold through Payhip, so refunds follow the refund policy shown in my Payhip store. If a file isn't working, email me and I'll help.
